Reflections Before Dawn: Rain, Fog, and Light in Katoomba NSW
I woke before sunrise to the soft, irregular patter of rain on the tent roof. The air was sharp with cold, and everything beyond the canvas felt hidden.
Plans for landscape photography at Govetts Leap and the Three Sisters dissolved into fog. By the time I reached Katoomba’s main street, the town itself had become the subject—quiet, reflective, and suspended.
